In preparing your home for the real estate market, home staging is just as important as painting and replacing the carpet. It’s a piece of the complex puzzle and sometimes some well-placed art is all it takes to get a home sold quick! See the full home description and slide show here.
This is a great example of Vignette Staging: showcasing each room with pieces of art and minimal accessories in order to still provide all the possibilities of a space to home buyers.
This lovely well cared for Burien home has gleaming hardwood floors, plenty of space on the main floor with room for renovations and a separate living space downstairs which is perfect for guests or exchange students (home is close to the bus line).
The home owner didn’t have a huge budget for staging, so we agreed that a Vignette Stagingwould best accentuate this home’s beautiful assets. The staging took less than 2 hours, but the transformation was remarkable.
We highlighted the living room’s gorgeous fireplace and picturesque window which provides tons of natural light.
We included a side table in the dining room with a “bar” setup beneath a large wine canvas print to add some retro glam.
We set the breakfast table for two in the eat in kitchen (the owner had a lovely Mid Century dinette he let us use).
We accessorized the bathrooms and kitchen, then a few well-placed pieces of art throughout the home led home buyers room by room through their potential new nest.
Our small but mighty efforts paid off, and the homeowner had a solid offer within weeks!
